Check it out! I'm happy to report that both Dragoyle: Aniticipation and Kittygoyle: Study in Self-Control were juried into the Visual Arts Association of Livonia Spring Exhibit 2018! The display will be up throughout the month of June at the Livonia Arts Commission Fine Art Gallery. There is some excellent artwork in this show; if you are in the Livonia area, head over to the Bennett Civic Center Library (2nd floor) and see for yourself.
The next art fair is right around the corner, so I am busily preparing! We have critiqued my last performance in Charleston, and are presently honing the process and the display. The tent will now sport a banner across the front identifying it as JS Aitken Art. So if you plan to visit my booth at the Ann Arbor Art Fair you should be able to spot it better from a distance. Yay! Of course, I am also painting furiously - the painting never stops. Tulips are on the easel this week. So, keep watching for more art from the studio. And be sure to put the Ann Arbor Art Fair on your calendar, especially if you have never been. It is quite an experience!
